NEKO PUNCH's Version of Gay Bar to be Released Digitally on 29 April
Futuristic alternative rock band NEKO PUNCH will officially release their cover version of Electric Six’s Gay Bar on 29 Apr!
 
NEKO PUNCH was founded by singer-songwriter Riannu and producer Macc in London in 2012. They moved to Japan in December the same year and started their music career here in Japan. They soon met dancer Pinky and welcomed him as the third member of the group. The group won the Grand Prize at EMI’s Revolution Rock Vol.3 in January 2013 and performed at EMI ROCKS SENDAI. After releasing their major-label debut single Go Baby!, the band is set to bring Japanese and British pop music scenes closer
 
Gay Bar was originally released by the British band Electric Six in 2003. The song landed in the fifth spot on the UK chart and its official music video was played more than thirty million times on YouTube.
